An Associate Consultant is responsible for helping to manage client teams by leading project workstreams and actively contributing to client solutions. He/she will lead project analysts and coordinate with consultants and senior team members to ensure the team is working towards one direction to reach the aligned objectives with clients. Associate Consultants generally take responsibility for driving one or more work areas on a project but might sometimes be responsible for full projects. Typically, Associate Consultants will be responsible for training and developing team members and usually have a direct relationship with key clients. Additionally, he/she will be working on content development throughout the client’s projects.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the senior consultants and project managers on designing and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, delivering presentations, and influencing clients.
- Managing the analytical execution and development of client deliverables.
- Contributing to the team's problem solving and client management.
- Generating ideas and strategies and turning those into client recommendations.
- Assisting with or owning communications and interactions with clients.
- Managing analyst team members including research efforts.
- Participating in and occasionally driving firm improvement activities.
- Supports in developing organization initiatives and completing it.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultancy or a related field.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Available full-time.
