An Analyst is responsible for supporting consultants and associate consultants in core analytical and research aspects of project work. Analysts receive direction and guidance from more senior team members in how to prioritize and implement work. Typically, Analysts will have client interactions limited to routine data inquiries and logistics but will be active participants in team discussions.  Analysts might typically have more substantive involvement in the early analytical/fact gathering phases of a project and might shift to support other teams as Consultants and Associate Consultants focus on client deliverables, interactions, and outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the analytical execution, development, and quality assurance of research work.
  • Managing independent tasks, with varying degrees of supervision, such as report generation, presentations, meeting summaries, and research activities.
  • Analyzing data then drawing insights and making recommendations based on results.
  • Contributing input, facts and ideas to the team's problem solving and project management.
  • Designing discussion guides, interview guides, and questionnaires.
  • Supporting firm improvement activities.
  • Supports in developing organization initiatives and completing it.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Available full-time.

Skills

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
