Graduated from King Fahd University with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2018. Worked in management consulting for almost 3 years where he was part of multiple projects related to customer experience, user experience, policies and procedures, and BOTs. Additionally, he gained a lot of experience working in the financing sector where he was exposed to the everyday financing processes of non-banking financial institutions.

Developed a landscape assessment report analyzing the client data using Excel and Access software’s.
Reviewed and analyzed a government client internal users’ and customers’ experience. We had to review the client ERP implementation, online portal, and customers’ journey.
Conducted multiple customers’ focus groups and users’ workshops for government clients.
Developed business requirements documents (BRD) to develop new portal changes for a government entity.
Designed mockups for a new enhanced client portal for a government entity.
