Challenge
The Saudi Industrial Development Fund launched a platform called Tamkeen, which is a financing platform that helps people obtain loans and automate internal processes and procedures. Due to the new launch, some issues were faced by internal and external users. SIDF launched this project to review the platform and develop new enhancement plans.

Solution
The experience of external and internal users was analyzed and reviewed, and the electronic platform for loans was reviewed. Accordingly, 7 medium-term business plans were developed to develop the user experience, and 35 recommendations were made for short-term improvement to develop the electronic platform.
